Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines Announced for Sony PSP
The latest addition to the Assassin's Creed series has been officially announced; Assassin's Creed Bloodlines for the PSP sees the return of Altair in a brand new adventure. Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines is said to take place between the events of the original Assassin's Creed and Assassin's Creed II, and will have Altair taking up new missions in Cyprus.
And, according to IGN's The Fix show, Assassin's Creed: Bloodlines will feature a unique unlock system whereby certain items that you acquire during that game can be transferred to the PS3 version of Assassin's Creed II. No word as yet how that will play out but the idea of being rewarding with unique, exclusive items will no doubt encourage users to pick the PS3 version of ACII over the 360 version. Perhaps Xbox 360 owners will be able to download these unique items via special Xbox Live Marketplace codes in future? Who knows.
