No Assassin’s Creed 2 this year
Published by Dark Drakan on June 26, 2008
Those of you that were hoping to see the sequel to Assassins Creed this year will be disappointed. The president of Ubisoft North America Laurent Detoc confirmed it wont be released this year. He had the following to say about it…
When we bring it back, there will be more anticipation for it. We just did ‘Assassin’s and are sitting on top of the world, but we have to come back to reality very quickly because you’re only as good as your last product.
He also spoke about why we havent seen a new Prince Of Persia in a long time.

Nooooooooo!!
Still, at least we know that Ubisoft will be using the time wisely to ensure that Assassin’s Creed 2 is as good as it can be and perhaps even surpass the original Assassin’s Creed.
